Effective Sunday, June 17, 2007,
the CME E-mini NASDAQ 100 Options Strike Price Listing Rules will
change. The revised rules will be implemented as
follows:

Beginning on
Sunday, June 17, 2007
, any
new
CME E-mini NASDAQ 100 Options will be listed with strike prices in
10 Index point increments and with an
expanded listing range of at-the-money +/- 7.5% of the
referencing index (this is the same referencing index that is used to determine the
listing range for the CME NASDAQ 100 options contract);

Current CME E-mini NASDAQ 100 Option strike prices are in 25 and 5 Index Point
increments, within a range of ATM +/- 100 Index points. The 5 Index point strikes apply to only the nearest
two contract months;

After
June 15, 2007, the listing of additional
E-mini NASDAQ 100 Options with 25 and/or 5-point interval strike prices will be
discontinued
for all existing and new contract months.

Contract months bearing the 25 and 5 Index point increments that are currently
listed are:
June ’07
Aug ‘07
July ‘07
Sept ‘07

For the contracts named above, currently listed 25 and 5 Index point strike prices
will continue to remain available until they expire.

Also
discontinued
will be the Exchange listing of option butterfly spreads (NQ:BO).
·
To trade option butterflies, User Defined Spreads should be created and
traded.
